    Dear Sibu,
    Appreciate your new year greetings. I am sure we all want to have a better 2010 than what we had gone through in 2009. Though we cannot foretell what the future roll-out will be in 2010 but in our own little ways we can create a difference by doing our own things slightly better learning from our past mistakes. If we could all do this rather seemingly insignificant act, I am sure we will have a better year to come. Once again Happy New Year 2010.
